
THAI:
A hands on course, this includes classical dishes. Like Tom Yum, Green Chicken Curry. Thai Fish Cakes, Chilli Beef, Green Bean salad, Green Mango Salad, Hot and Spicy Beef, Red Pork Curry and much more. The table will be set each week and some wine will be provided. PLEASE NOTE. You are required to bring to the class each week with you, a Chopping Board, a Sharp Knife, and an Apron.
NORTHERN THAI - HANDS ON:
An exciting new collection of Thai recipes. Mostly without coconut milk and packed full of robust flavours. Cellophane Noodle Stir Fry, Minced Pork and Brinjal Stir Fry, Northern Thai Chicken Curry, Minced Pork Dip - Northern Style with Fresh Vegetables, Mixed Vegetable Soup with Prawns, Red Curry with Roast Duck.
VIETNAMESE:
Fresh Wrapper Rolls, Vietnamese Springs Rolls, Shrimp Mousse and Sugar Cane, Prawn or Crab Tamarind, Spicy Salmon and Dill Soup, Pineapple Tartlets, Stuffed Calamari, Banana Blossom Salad with Duck and Ginger, Honey Roasted Chicken, Pho (Beef Noodle Soup), Asparagus and Pork Salad, Stuffed Snails, Pork Balls.
