Stylish Soups...

    A selection of fine and fast soups. Learn how to make a classical Bouillabaise using the fruits of the South African sea - a wonderful meal for a casual occasion. Two additional quick and easy soups - Oriental Chicken and a thick Lentil Soup. Followed by a traditional Singaporean Seafood Laksa. Add a classical French Onion Soup and a Sweet Potato with an Asian twist to the evening. Also included a selection of favourite additions - melba toast, croutons and chilli sherry.

    PLEASE NOTE : You are required to bring to the class each week with you, a Chopping Board, a Sharp Knife, and an Apron.
