
You will make your own Basic pasta Dough with Variations and a few Instant Sauces - Capers, Lemon and Thyme Sauce, Basic Tomato Sauce, Spinach & Watercress Sauce. Then, Panzerotti with Butternut & Sage, Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni, Open Ravioli with Mixed Mushrooms, Brodo with Tortellini, Pappardelle with rich ragu, Spaghetti and Mussels with Red Pesto.
PLEASE NOTE. You are required to bring to the class each week with you, a Chopping Board, Sharp Knife, and an Apron.
