
We will take you through the different types of knives and their uses. You will learn how to slice, dice, de-bone and carve as well as learning how to sharpen your knives. The skills your learn will be used to create a meal which we all enjoy after the class.
PLEASE NOTE. You are required to bring to the class each week with you, a Chopping Board, Sharp Knife, and an Apron. Some wine will be served.
