
A hands on course that will bring true Italian techniques to your fingertips. A selection of anti-pasti (Carpaccio, Onions Monasque, Antipasti Melanzane, Artichoke and Spinach Appetizer), Gnocchi, Chicken Marsala, Porcini Risotto, Panacotta with Berry Sauce, Lamb with Parma Ham and Vinegar, Osso Bucco with Polenta, Italian Nut Log, Roasted Vegetables with Pesto and Tiramisu. Some wine will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE: You are required to bring to the class each week with you, a Chopping Board, a Sharp Knife, and an Apron.
