Bread Making...

    BREAD MAKING - Learn the art of making yeast based doughs. Then turn these doughs into the perfect loaf, Foccacia with variations, Chelsea Buns, Brioche, Brown Seed Loaf, Sour Dough and even Naan. Homemade soups will be served with the breads.

    PLEASE NOTE: - You are required to bring to class each week with you, a Chopping Board, a Sharp Knife, and an Apron.
