    Let us help you count the ways. We will make a favourite vegetable soup - and then turn it into three other perfect but completely different soups. Take a steak, cook it to perfection and top it with a green peppercorn sauce, bearnaise sauce and a red wine and mushroom sauce. An ordinary chicken breast, turn this into a treat in three or four ways. Roast vegetables are a wonderful stand-by - now you can use them as a main course, a starter and if Ceasar salad is your favourite, we have three variations to add. Make it with mince, a firm favourite goes glamorous, add pork and veal mince . Make a basic meringue and turn it into three unique desserts. Some wine served.

    PLEASE NOTE : You are required to bring to the class each week with you, a Chopping Board, a Sharp Knife, and an Apron.
